To report a vulnerability, please follow these steps:
- Contact: Send an email to security@example.com with the details of the vulnerability, including a clear description, steps to reproduce, and any relevant screenshots or proof-of-concept code.
- Acknowledge Receipt: Expect an acknowledgment within 48 hours of your report.
- Investigation: The report will be reviewed, and a status update will be provided within 7 days. If additional information is required, you will be contacted.
- Resolution: A fix will be worked on, and updates will be provided on the progress. Security updates will be released promptly based on the severity of the vulnerability.
- Disclosure: Once a fix is released, you will be informed, and details of the vulnerability will be disclosed in the security update notes.
