Action produces warning annotations

Description

The action causes warnings during setup, which appear as warning annotations in the workflow log:

Warning: 
WARNING: apt does not have a stable CLI interface. Use with caution in scripts.
...
Warning: Updating certificates in /etc/ssl/certs...

Warning: rehash: warning: skipping ca-certificates.crt,it does not contain exactly one certificate or CRL

Warning: 1 added, 0 removed; done.

This is rather confusing, and probably not actionable by the user. Would it be possible to fix these warnings or at least suppress them / prevent them from being reported as warning annotations?
