Goteo with docker take 450 seconds by request.

Hi,
When I browse the Goteo platform once I launch with docker/up, the first requests send 200-500ms then quickly it drops to 400 seconds the request, making navigation and testing difficult.

when I create a project and fill out the form, I see query time 65ms and http 200 request 250.756ms.

The first request send in this image take 9.90min, how can i solve the problem?
