Support for Python 3.13 prebuilt wheels (Insightface) for RTX 5090 users

Feature description

Description: I am using the latest RTX 5090 and the ComfyUI Portable version which comes with Python 3.13.x. Currently, there is no prebuilt .whl for insightface version cp313 on Windows, and the portable environment lacks Python.h to compile it locally even with Visual Studio 2026 installed.

Request: Could you please provide an official prebuilt wheel for Python 3.13 (cp313)? This would help many early adopters with 50-series GPUs. Thank you!

It works well with Pytorch 2.10/cu13.0 and Python 3.13! Somehow it doesn't matter if Numpy 2.3.5 is installed, instead of 1.26.4. .

There is no "import failed" message and ReActor isn't faster or slower than with Numpy 1.26.4 in my prior setups (the last one was pytorch 2.9.1/cu13.0).

There was only an error message when installing the custom-node, while it tried to build dependencies for Numpy 1.26.4:

but not afterwards! And Insightface's Python 3.13 accepts Numpy as it is:

Requirement already satisfied: numpy in D:\ComfyUI\venv\Lib\site-packages (from insightface==0.7.3) (2.3.5)

With Pytorch 2.9.1 and prior versions it had to be Numpy 1.26.4 - but Pytorch 2.10 doesn't seem to care or maybe Numpy 2.3.5 is more tolerant? I think if you have the time you could consider to change the code in those parts that rely on Numpy 1.26.4 and replace it with 2.3.5 - because it's really working with no problems.
