[Utility] Map dimension tokens to tailwind

Proposal

Dimensions in tailwind uses --container

1. Propose to the team and discuss what dimensions should be minimally exposed in order for users to achieve their use case. They should be able to style the templates and patterns
2. Generate tailwind config for the tokens
3. Document usage on storybook

Motivation and context

To enable easy replication of templates and patterns by developers. We avoid them having to write their own CSS.

Another benefit is that we have control the value of their dimensions, so that developers do not deviate from the dimensions in the design system
