Create release builds + upload, and server pack creation github actions #116
Description
Currently the only action is for building the pack through packwiz... which isn't so useful nor does it seem to exactly work
Would like to create actions for compiling the pack through whichever pack management system found to use in #115 OR scripting it ourselves
An action for building the serverpack alongside it
And an action for uploading the pack to curseforge with all the correct info (changelogs etc) and serverpack attached
I am not the most experienced with curseforge API scripting or github actions so this isn't quite a priority to me right now...
