Missing Recipes

In EMI are no recipes for meteor compass and charger. Also in the guide there is such a mistake

This is probably intentional, because you can get all the items by other ways instead of finding a meteor, so as the charger.

I"m seeing the same thing for a lot of the AE2 items, no recipe to make them in jei or the in-game guide, and no idea how to use them. I found that the certus crystals should be able to be charged in the polarizer (so I can put them in water with a block and make budding again) but putting the crystals in a polarizer does nothing.
