A release focusing on a couple of small improvements and bug fixes.

Notable changes

Added a workaround to prevent crashes when certain controllers are plugged in (#5)
Added a menu option to clear the cache folder for unlocked songs
Improved GUI layout for 640x480 screens
Rate mods up to x3.0 are now allowed. In previous releases scores obtained with rate modes >2 were not submitted to GrooveStats.
Allow empty profile name when submitting scores to GrooveStats
