Allow subset of selected HKLS in eta omega maps#2008

If you load eta omega maps that only have a subset of the currently selected HKLs, it would previously generate an error. Now, the GUI just updates the material exclusion list to match those found in the eta omega maps, as long as the HKLs found in the eta omega maps are a subset of the currently selected HKLs.
