ROS2 (Foxy) Support for Fast-Planner

Firstly, thank you so much for sharing this incredible work! 💯

We have extended this repository by porting it to ROS2 Foxy. The implementation is available [here](https://github.com/RohitPawar2406/Fast-Planner-ROS2). There are still a few minor bugs that we’re working on, and contributions are welcome!
