Always draw a background bitmap

* Do away with the "None" option and default to "Grass" background

* Add a few more background pngs and a wonderbrush template

* Look for backgrounds in all B_FIND_PATH_DATA_DIRECTORY locations
  and use the first location found. Users can thereby override the
  packaged backgrounds in $dataDir by using e.g.
  ~/config/non-packaged/data/hexvexed/backgrounds
