evaluate further fallbacks for battery ETAs

at the moment, we require the configured power supply's driver to properly expose quite a few properties so that each piece of the battery status module can function. It is worth checking to see if we can calculate any of those needed properties from other properties to try to make that module work on as many devices as possible (especially since my personal hardware is diversifying).
