Game Won't Launch

I purchased an Acer Chromebook Vero 514 - CBV514-1H-55VP
I have now managed to do I think a Flatpac install of the 2.7.0 Heroic Games Launcher and it seems to work since I was able to log into both my Epic and Gog accounts.
I seem to have been able to download Master of Orion II since all the files are in my games folder.
But, the game will not launch.
As I read the report, I didn't get DOSBox with the download??

Started poking around. Found these.



So DOSBox is there but seems to be corrupt.

Ok. A couple fellows over at https://www.vogons.org/index.php took pity on me and gave me a couple ideas.

I now seem to have the libcaca.so.0: since I now get this error when I try to launch the game.
