Linux Terminal Commands for HGL

I tried to find this on my own but I could not find it. I want to know how to use the Linux terminal to install dotnet4.8 to a prefix just like in Steam with protontricks. Using the winetricks in each game may not install it. It seems best to use console commands.

The game I want to install dotnet4.8 to in Mount and Blade II: Bannerlord.
I have the game on Steam but I also have through both GoG and Epic games.
I managed to install dotnet4.8 into the game's Steam prefix.
What is the HGL equivalent to these commands:

"flatpak run com.github.Matoking.protontricks 261550 dotnet48 --force -q"
(not flatpak protontricks)
"protontricks 261550 dotnet48 --force -q"

Another question is what is a list of HGL terminal commands.
