Create package for Solus Linux

Hello guys, i am a newbie in packaging and I'm trying to create and maintain a package for Solus distro.

I reached as far as compiled with yarn and resulting in the tar.gz file, but I need to create the *.eopkg file from there.

Can someone point me in the right direction?
