Trying to flash firmware

First of all i would like to say im a big fan of your work :)

i found the ESP8266-HomeKit-WeatherUnderGround-PWS on PCBway

and ordered some boards + all the components. and now i have built 3pcs complete weather stations but cant get the firmware flashing to work?
i used the 1.1.0 firmware file: https://github.com/HomeKidd/ESP8266-HomeKit-WeatherUnderGround-PWS/releases/tag/1.1.0

but doesent get any AP shown at all.. ?

after building these 3 pcs of weather station i realized that there are newer versions..... :/ so i was a bit late but would like to use the ones that i have built if possible?
