That's strange, haven't had that problem. Suggest you terminate and try to clean out the files in the .tmp directory before logging in again.

tmp files deleted, restarted, still gives an error

It does seem like it's not a keyword_alert_bot issue. The preferred recommendation is to use a docker environment to run it.
