Is it possible to listen to changes to form fields as the user is typing.

I am creating an app that will auto-fill a form as the user fills in the form.
it will also inject buttons so that when a user clicks them a model will pop open to ask for more info.

so the question is there a way for me to listen to onChange / onClick events so I can do the appropriate action?
