Removal of partner role?

Now that we have the co-applicants feature I'm wondering if we should think about removing partners? OTF's usage is essentially just co-applicants that have view permissions, not sure if there's any advantage to partners being separate from that

We just talked about that on the dev stand up and ment to ask OTF if the Partner feature was needed anymore.

Do you think a migration command is needed? Or can OTF move to using Co-applicant and when Partner is not used on any active submission anymore we remove it.

I think (at least in OTF's case) a migration would be needed because partner is pretty widely used
