Update Web Interface #1025

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The web interface that was included with deployer has not been kept up to date with the latest changes. Also, it is raising security vulnerabilities in the code scans.
- Simplify the web interface to only support deployment on existing OCP
- Integrate web interface with OpenShift Auth
- Update JavaScript packages (using Bob)
