FI: M&R results, are Excel files etc available?

First of all I'd like to thank you for providing a good repository for the monitoring and reporting tools. Especially the metadata specific accessibility results https://github.com/INSPIRE-MIF/mr-tools/tree/main/dataset-accessibility are very useful.

A couple of things that I'd like to ask if you could provide more information on:

1. In Finland we have a quite big drop of the share of conformant datasets especially for Annex III. In the bottom of the https://github.com/INSPIRE-MIF/mr-tools/tree/main/dataset-conformity/2024 page it says "The results for each endpoint were collected in an Excel spreasheet to use them as input for the calculation of the Monitoring and Reporting (M&R) 2024 Dataset Conformity indicators." The same is said on the page for year 2023. Is it possible to share these Excel files for Finland? We think this would be useful for use to identify the reasons for this drop.

2. We have a significant drop in the number of priority data sets, from 34 in 2023 to 22 in 2024. Would you have information on which metadata that are included in these numbers in 2023 and 2024? We have identified 25 metadata in our metadata catalogue containing keywords from the Priority dataset thesaurus, which all pass the validaton (see the zip file attached).

Our theory is that these drops may be related to the fact that our metadata probably aren't following all recommendations of the Metadata TG. I think it would be very useful to have access to validation tests to check for example in which metadata INSPIRE themes and other crusial key words aren't encoded according to recommendations (eg. thesaurus URI, Anchor). I think this would speed up the process for data providers and INSPIRE cooridnators to take recommendations into use. What are your reflections on this?

Thank you for your feedback.
Regarding 1 - I will try to share with you the results we obtained about conformant datasets, which should be a good starting point to analyse the potential issue.
Regarding 2 - Indeed, the way INSPIRE theme keywords are encoded could directly affect such kind of indicators.
I will come back to you after finishing with the extraction of logs for the Monitoring and Reporting 2024, still pending due to other commitments (GeoDCAT-AP Pilot).
Probably, I bilateral meeting would be useful.
