error at session spin up results in multiple failures

Hi there, this appears to be a reoccurrence of #1127

When submitting a GML to the validator, which uploads correctly, the test suite then fails with lots of errors as it appears the server cannot parse its own internal CRS definitions file. Each test fails with the same text

• the Test Report (ideally as an attachment to the issue)

• the name of the Test that failed: every single test that references a crs, see attached

This issue appears to have occurred because the Validator was reset while the OpenGIS server (which provides CRS information upon startup) was temporarily unavailable.

Once the OpenGIS server is accessible again, we will update the Validator to ensure that all CRS data is correctly restored.

@DanielMartinPerezdeLeon It appears that requests to opengis.net are being returned correctly now, even though your issue in opengeospatial/NamingAuthority#321 has no progress.

you are right, the issue has been solved and is now closed.

Could you please confirm whether you are still experiencing the errors you reported?
