MR TG consistency with GeoSciML 4.1 data type #192

Change proposal description

Considering that the GeoSciML 3.x model is deprecated, we would like to point out the need to modify the Mineral Resource TG where the old model is mentioned several times in the text. This also involves a change to the MR data model since of the main model there is an import type on the types: CGI_LinearOrientation and CGI_PlanarOrientation were used by geosciml 3.x. These should be replaced with the GSML_LinearOrientation and GSML_PlanarOrienation types from GeoSciML 4.1. This also has an impact on the extended mineral resources model (mr-ext) where the "EarthMaterial" class is imported from GeoSciML.
