Doublewalk issue with speedwalking in Lusternia

I'm running into a problem when I try to speedwalk to rooms using the map. As you can see in the screenshot, I double-clicked room 4151 to go there, but as soon as I moved once, the mapper suddenly decided I actually wanted to go to room 4132. This occurs all the time with this specific route, as well as with other rooms, but does not happen with every route in the game.

It could be something to do with this code:

    mmp.echo("We got outside - going to shortcut with travel device.")
    if mmp.speedWalk.type == "room" then
      mmp.gotoRoom(mmp.speedWalkPath[#mmp.speedWalkPath])
    else
      mmp.gotoAreaID(getRoomArea(mmp.speedWalkPath[#mmp.speedWalkPath]))
    end

If mmp.speedWalk.type isn't set to a room, it'll go to the area instead, which seems to be what is happening here.
