[Enhancement]: Add DB choice option

Allow Users to choose a DB for the database instead of just the default mariadb/mysql.

• setup db choice list for gitlab_social.
• setup db choice list for Repositories section instead of the current input textbox.
• For repositories, have default set of DB_ENV options preconfigured for each of the DBs mentioned.
