NOTICE ABOUT THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE

Hello and thank you for choosing Zimaboard, a product of IceWhale Technology! Your Zimaboard comes with the Linux operating system pre-installed, which includes various programs and applications created by different companies (we refer to these as "Third Party Software").

Here's what you need to know:

  1. LIMITED SUPPORT: We at IceWhale Technology provide comprehensive support for CasaOS, our personal cloud software compatible with Zimaboard. However, when it comes to any other programs or applications included in the Linux operating system (i.e., the Third Party Software), we can't guarantee that we can solve every problem. We'll do our best to assist you, but our ability to fix issues with these programs is limited.

  2. AS IS: The Third Party Software comes "as is." We cannot guarantee its perfection or that it will always meet your specific requirements. You use these programs at your own risk.

  3. WEB INTERFACE: CasaOS, our software, is accessed through a web interface available at http://casaos.local by default. Please note that only the features presented in this web interface are fully supported by the IceWhale team. If you encounter any issues or have questions related to CasaOS, feel free to reach out to us at support@icewhale.org.

  4. YOU'RE IN CHARGE: If any issues arise with the Third Party Software, we cannot be held responsible. By using our Zimaboard, you agree to assume responsibility for any problems that may occur with these programs.

  5. COMMUNITY SUPPORT: Remember, you are not alone! While our primary support is focused on CasaOS, we encourage you to seek assistance from us and the friendly Zimaboard user community on Discord at https://discord.gg/Gx4BCEtHjx.
