Description

Data legend grouping and highlighting application is not loaded. At some point it loads, byt the chart is not visible, only the X axis

Steps to reproduce

Open https://www.infragistics.com/products/ignite-ui-blazor/blazor/components/charts/features/chart-highlight-filter
Go to the second sample app

Result

Expected result

Sample to be visible and interactable
