Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Run the attached sample project.
  2. Open the IgbGridToolbarHiding dialog
  3. Set a breakpoint in OnColumnToggle or ToggleScript
  4. Click the "Hide All" and "Show All" buttons

Result:
Events are never fired, and there does not appear to be any event associated with these buttons.
