Output to CSV?

Hello and thank you for this script. I have a need to run this every few minutes to capture the PID and listening ports for comparison with a network trace. Since the listening ports change I want to keep a running log captured in either a text or CSV file I can later use for timestamp comparison.
Can you tell me the required changes needed to do this type of export either csv or appended txt file?
