UI tweaks for award search

Once #77 is complete it would be useful to provide some hints to the user about how they can effectively search for awards using the provided UI.

Could add some text such as the following in or around the search bar of the awards modal - "You can search using award title, the Imperial award number or the funder award number. For best results use quotation marks."

Ideally we won't have to fully fork the relevant react components.
