Date Time Formatting #3
Description
DateTimes need to be formatted in a proper format so that we can determine stuff like timezones. For instance, https://insanityradio.com/wp-content/plugins/showplan-song-finder/api.php?method=get_songs&station_id=1&start_time=1536534326&end_time=1536534526 doesn't indicate that log_date is UTC and that date is not UTC.
RFC3339 is probably the standard we want to use here.
