1. at Server side

setup normal http/https and httpp/httpps server with connect-httpp middleware, refer to https://github.com/InstantWebP2P/connect-httpp

2. at Client side

install httpp-forward local forward proxy, refer to https://github.com/InstantWebP2P/httpp-forward

3. at Web browser

point browser's http/htpps proxy setting to httpp-forward server port
