FAI creation is not supported with gzipped reference file in deepvariant pipeline

For the Deepvariant based variant calling pipeline, if we use a gzipped reference file, then .FAI file is not created. Therefore, at this point, we have to use an unzipped fasta file for reference. 
It will help to provide support for FAI creation with gzipped reference file.
