Bibliography: Filter by Year #2347

Extend the Bibliography items list page to include a new filter, Year, to allow filtering of bibliography entries by year of publication. The page currently allows filtering by publication type. Extending to Year will provide another useful way of viewing the bibliography.
Describe the solution you'd like
A second filter pull down menu that contains just the publication years for the collection of entries currently being displayed in the item list. When a year is selected, the displayed list is reduced to the items published in the selected year.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Other options are full publication date or decade, but these seem either too specific or too general.
