filament convert to SWC crashed immediately #5

Hi, thank you so much for the contribution to the extension codes.
I tried to use you extension to convert one of my filament to SWC format. I think I properly configured the extensions. I linked Imaris to python3.7 in the 'Preference', and can successfully see the option of SWC convert in customized tool. However when I tried to apply that to one of my filament object, there was one cmd window showed up for 1 sec and then crashed without any error info (see the attached video). Could you please help me with this? Thank you so much and let me know how I can better help you to understand the details.
