Some XTensions not working

Hi @Ironhorse1618, thank you for creating all of these extensions. I was trying to use the Surface-Surface Overlap or Kiss & Run xt, but when I click on it, the cmd window opens for a second and then crashes without any error messages. I don't have the same issue with the Surface Surface Contact Area XT, for example, but that one requires isotropic voxels, and not all my images have that. Can you help me with understanding why some of the XTs don't work? :)

So Kiss and Run requires Numpy, i believe. That is likely why your Xtension start and just dies. Check the beginning of the script, I am nto sure what version you are using, but make sure you have whatever libraries are listed. So SurfaceSurfaceOverlap also requires Numpy, so if that one runs ok and you lack that library I am not sure why Kiss and Run is not working.

As for SurfaceSurfaceContactArea, this is meant for a particular type of dataset. Typically like a blood vessel surface (as the primary) and microglia surface (as the surface covering the vessel). Having to manually adjust voxel size by resampling is required due too odd display artifacts, that is why you need to adjjst the Z slices by the amount calculated and display i the pop up windows. Do this in Resample3D and just adjust the # of Z-Slices.

If you are using an in maintenance Imaris license, just reach to Imaris support, as soon as you mention XTensions, it will find its way to me. I am more than happy to have brief discussion with you about this.

Thank you so much! Now that I imported the library and Numpy on the folder where the IMARIS extensions are, evertyhing works :) Thanks for creating all these useful extensions!
