I've built EasyPostman using FlatLaf, and I'd love to have it listed in the "Applications using FlatLaf" section of your README.

EasyPostman is an open-source API debugging and stress testing tool inspired by Postman and JMeter. It combines API testing with performance testing capabilities, all built with Java Swing and FlatLaf.
