Incorrect Tip-Strip on Create SMO button.

Describe the bug
The Create SMO button on the editor displays the tip-strip "Refresh SMO List" instead of "Create State Machine Object" or similar.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the editor
2. Hover over the Create SMO button

Expected behavior
More appropriate tip strip
