Obviously this could be accomplished with
(let ((drakma:*drakma-default-external-format* :utf-8))
...
but that feels a little too hackish. I suppose that an :external-format
parameter should be added to a bunch of the API methods, but for now the
*external-format* dynamic var is good enough for me.
