Add learn.md page for learning resources

We should create a learn.md file in the repository to provide a structured guide for contributors and users to learn about the project. This file will include:

Links to useful resources/documentation

Example use cases

Diagrams, charts and screenshots for better understanding

Can also add demo

Why:
Having a dedicated learning resource will make it easier for new contributors and users to understand the project quickly and contribute effectively.
