RTF decreases to 1/5 in some spots in some circuits

After searching I found that the culprit are the walls. Trying to fix this issue in the Montreal circuit I found that if the walls do not have any depth, only a plane, the RTF remains stable but in the simulator they are not render properly. If only one wall has depth the RTF decreases a little bit (5%) and if both of them have it is when the issue appears.
