Sync folder path should be stored relative to the project folder #135

Describe the bug
The sync folder path in the state.xml is an absolute path (C:\xxx). I moved my projects to another disc and was confused that the md files in the .jetclient directory stopped being synced. After manually updating the folder path to the new absolute location, the sync resumed.
Steps to reproduce
Move your project to a new location.
Expected behavior
The sync should continue to work.
Environment information:

- IDE version: 2024.3.4.1
