When adding multiple packages a leading space will cause a parse error, e.g.:

(IJulia) pkg>  add ZMQ, JSON   # <- extra leading space here
ERROR: Unable to parse `ZMQ,` as a package.

Discovered in JuliaLang/IJulia.jl#1095. All other invocations seem to handle leading whitespace fine.
