No spectrum data shown on the graph

Hello Julian,

thank you for this powerful program! However, I got into an issue with my csv file or sif file not loading on the graph. Basically nothing shows up on the graph. It happened both python version as well as executable version. I am using Windows 11, Python 3.10.11. I tested some other miscellaneous changes such as dark mode but it does not seem related.

Hi @jungsoonw ,

Thanks for reporting the issue! Nothing showing up usually means that the file could not be read (I should work on giving better feedback to the user...). With the file loading, there are unlimited edge case that need to be solved one by one. However, it usually does not take too long. However, I will need the file from you so that I can test and fix the issue. Could you provide me with an example file of both the .sif and the .csv?
Github might not support uploading .sif files in here, but if you zip it, it should work.

If the files are confidential (and you cannot easily produce an example file without a real spectrum) let me know and we can also exchange the files via email.

Hello Julian-Held/OES-toolbox, sorry for the late response. I found that some SIF files work, while some others don't. I would like to send you a file but the data is considered confidential so I will have to make a sample file. I will get back to you soon! SJ
