I've put this as a draft since I could absolutely see how this part could be abused in RP-1. However, if anyone wants to try them out in RP-1 (and promises to the unforgiving forces of RP-1 that they will use it for its intended purpose), all they'll have to is copy the changes in ECM-Parts.cfg and TREE-Parts.cfg into their own files. (along with the RO changes)
