Offer WPM as an alternative to CPM #39
Description
Give the user the option to track their words per minute (WPM) instead of characters per minute (CPM).
For now, we go with the usual convention that 1 WPM == 5 CPM.
Add a configuration yaml for gotypist that allows the user to overwrite this and other default values.
