Resolve WRITE_AFTER_WRITE hazard in extensions sample conservative_rasterization.

Description

When running the conservative_rasterization extensions sample with Synchronization validation in Vulkan Configurator on, you've got a WRITE_AFTER_WRITE hazzard. This PR resolves that.

Build tested on Win11 with VS2022. Run tested on Win11 with NVidia GPU.
