Network map not showing

What happened?

Hi

I’m running z2m version 2.8.0 on windows machine.
I fail to see the network map.

When I installed z2m, map worked well, but after few times, it failed. I’ve update several versions since the failure but it didn’t solve the issue.

when pressing the load button, I got the infinity sign running for quite a while (estimation ~2 min) but nothing is loaded.

during the map query phase I get few error messages in the log:

I have tried few browser and clearing the cache, but nothing worked.

I have ~25 zigbee devices

Is there some idea to help me? reinstall from scratch?

That would be errors in the network, not with your browser.

Can you post the debug logs of Z2M when you trigger the network map, so we can see what is happening?

I don't see a network map being triggered in this log file.
However, I do see something is wrong with your Z2M installation (and some related errors like Failed to start 'OTAUpdate' (TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'setConfiguration')).

The commit (c577c8e5, from Nov 2025) doesn't match the installed version (2.8.0 has a commit of b0b02c30, cf).
It would seem it was not rebuilt properly?
I'm not sure how you handle your installation, but assuming with pnpm:
ensure packages are up-to-date:

pnpm i --frozen-lockfile

then rebuild Z2M:

pnpm run clean && pnpm run build

Alternatively, you can try to just delete the dist folder in your Z2M installation folder, it should be re-created on next start.

Then you can investigate if the issue remains or not.
