Multiple Shelly BLU Remote Control ZB not possible

What happened?

Whenever I try to add a second Shelly BLU Remote Control ZB the new device replaces the old one. It is not possible to have two (and I am assuming more than two) Shelly remote controls connected at the same time.

What did you expect to happen?

I would have expected to be able to add more than one Shelly remote controls to my system.

How to reproduce it (minimal and precise)

1. Have one Shelly BLU Remote Control ZB connected to the system
2. Add another Shelly BLU Remote Control ZB to the same system

The devices have identical IEEE address? If so, they can't work within the same Zigbee network. That is a device problem.
Strange that it is getting "replaced" though, would expect it to be rejected if that's the case...

Can you provide some debug logs of the pairing procedure when it does this?

I removed the original device and then added the second device.

You are correct! They show up with the same IEEE address.

This is surely a bug in the firmware of the device, right? They have different bluetooth MAC addresses but the same Zigbee IEEE address.

It would probably be best to open a support ticket with Shelly in this case?

Indeed.
Might want to check with your supplier (if not Shelly directly), in case you can exchange them, a different batch ID hopefully has a different IEEE... Hopefully it is just one batch that has the problem at all.
