Calling `importDataSchema()` without `enableExperimentalOpenApi` provides unhelpful exception

As found here without enableExperimentalOpenApi=true, the importDataSchema() function throws a NotImplementedError.

This is very unhelpful, as it does not provide any information about what to do.
